Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati invites quotations for the above mentioned work. The quotation documents can be downloaded/ viewed from 17:00 Hours on September 05, 2024 from RBI website at www.rbi.org.in. The estimated cost of the work is ₹2.50 Lakh.

You may submit your quotation (both Part-I and Part-II separately) along with other pre-requisite documents, duly filled-in and signed & sealed should be addressed to “THE REGIONAL DIRECTOR, Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Guwahati” and super scribed for “Annual Maintenance Contract for Maintenance of Wet Riser system for Bank’s Main Office Premises, Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati”.

You may also send your quotation (both Part-I and Part-II separately) though email to estateguwahati@rbi.org.in in password protected format only. In such case, a separate email will be sent to you for opening the quotation after the closure of bid-submission date & time.

The last date for submission of quotation is September 12, 2024 up-to 14:00 Hours. Quotation submitted after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted. Please note that the rates quoted by you should be inclusive of GST and any other applicable taxes & charges.

You are advised to submit the quotation along with other pre-requisite documents in the attached format only. Quotations submitted in any other format will not be accepted by the Bank.

Any amendment(s) / corrigendum / clarifications with respect to this quotation shall be uploaded on the website only.

Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations, either in whole or in part, without assigning any reasons for doing so.
