Minutes of the Pre-bid Meeting Tenders in two parts through Offline Bidding process are invited in two separate sealed covers for awarding Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for Refilling, Repairing / Preventive Maintenance of fire extinguishers placed at the Bank’s Office Premises, Visiting Officers’ Flats (VoF) in Dehradun & Holiday Home at Mussoorie (MHH) from the date of award of work to March 31, 2025 and two annual renewals for FY 2025-26 & 2026-27 subject to, tender conditions. The work is estimated to cost approx. ₹2,31,528/- for 12 months including all taxes. 2. Tenders will be available for viewing/ downloading to all bidders from 03:00 PM on August 30, 2024 on the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. The Bidders who do not comply with the eligibility criteria and technical evaluation will not be considered for opening of their Part-II financial bid tender. 3. The Bidders who do not submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with technical bid will not be considered for opening of Part-I of tender. The EMD paid by NEFT (with proof) shall be submitted through email – estatedehradun@rbi.org.in to reach us latest by 02:30 PM on October 08, 2024. 4. A Pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Bidders will be held on September 26, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. 5. All the documents relating to eligibility criteria should be submitted to the Bank by October 08, 2024 till 03:00 PM on the above-mentioned address in a tender box placed by the department for the purpose. The same will be examined by the Bank. 6. After examination, if any of the Bidder is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders will not be considered by the Bank for further processing. 7. Part-I of the tenders will be opened at 03:15 PM on October 08, 2024 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders who choose to be present at the time of opening the Part I of the Tender. Part-II (Price bid) of the eligible bidders shall be opened on a subsequent date which will be intimated to the bidders in advance. 8. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender.
