M/s Universal K9 2. Following a brief introduction by the Bank regarding the e-tender, various queries were raised by the prospective /interested bidder, which were clarified by the Bank. Summary of the same is furnished below: | Sr. No. | Query | Clarification / Response given | | 1. | What will be the wage ceiling limit on Provident Fund contribution by the contractor? | The wage ceiling limit for contribution of Provident Fund will be the minimum wages paid to the contractual staff. | | 2. | How much Bonus is required to be given to the employees? | Bonus will be payable as per the Payment of Bonus (Amendment) Act, 2015. | | 3. | If awarded the contract, whether any extension will be given to the successful bidder beyond the current contract period? | The current contract period will be from October 01, 2024 to March 31, 2025. The Annual Maintenance Contract will be renewed for a maximum of two years, one year at a time subject to satisfactory performance and adherence to all the terms and conditions of the contract. | | 4. | Is there any retention money? | The Retention Money @ 5% shall be recovered by the Bank from each bill of the contractor till the total recovery amounts to 5% of the contract value as stipulated in the tender document. | 3. Further, tenderer was advised to go through tender document and the tentative scope of work in entirety and contact MSTC personnel for any technical issues regarding registration, bidding etc. on the MSTC portal. 4. Above minutes may be treated as a part of the tender. All terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.
