EMD exemption for companies registered under MSME is applicable only for procurements (goods, services, work contracts) having an estimated cost up to ₹10 Lakh. For this tender the estimated cost of work is ₹13 Lakh. Hence, EMD exemption for MSME is not applicable. | | b. | Renewal of the contract if work is awarded. | The contractor shall carry out the AMC for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. Thereafter, the contract shall be renewed as per terms mentioned in the contract subjected to satisfactory service carried out by the vendor. | 3.
