Extension of Last Date of Submission

As per the schedule, pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted at 11.00 am on August 01, 2024 in the Meeting Room, 1st floor, Main Office Building, RBI, Hyderabad.

2. Representatives from four firms viz., M/s Network Techlab India Private Limited, M/s. Powerone Micro System Private Limited, M/s. Prostarm Info Systems Limited and M/s. Numeric UPS participated in the pre-bid meeting. All the major terms and conditions were explained to the firms in detail.

3. Various queries were raised by the representatives of the firms in the meeting. All the doubts raised by the participants during the meeting were clarified upto their satisfaction.

4. It was clarified that, the preventive servicing shall be carried out at Quarterly basis and not on monthly basis during the Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Service Contract period (Section-II- 15(b)).

5. It was clarified that “Voltage THD at 100% Non-linear load is (Section-X – 12(B)(9)).

6. It was clarified that old common paralleling panel should also be considered for buy-back.

7. AGM (Estate) concluded the meeting with vote of thanks.

Please note:

1. This document (minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting) shall form a part of the tender.

2. Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain the same.

3. The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information of all the intending bidders.

4. The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
