Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows.

Q 1: Can OLED display is allowed at 7 segment 5” display?

Bank’s Clarification: OLED is acceptable, provided it should be industrial grade and robust and rugged suitable for exterior environmental conditions. The reading should be clearly visible from a minimum distance of 5 meters and above. Vendor is advised to take bank engineers approval before installation of the same. (The necessary changes have been made in Bill of Quantities)

Q 2: What is Field test / Site test report?

Bank’s Clarification: Vendor should submit the field test / Site test report from Government agency. The meter should be duly calibrated by Govt authorized lab.

Q 3: What is the installation period?

Bank’s Clarification: As per tender terms and conditions mentioned.
