The Reserve Bank of India, Patna invites applications for empanelment of contractors for the work “Merger of 150 flats to create 75 flats including its internal renovation / modernization and other works at Digha Staff Quarters, RBI, Patna’’. The estimated cost of the work is ₹20 crore and is to be completed within twelve (12) months.

Only contractors with about 7 years’ experience in similar work and having completed minimum three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost or two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost or one similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost during last five years need to apply in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Patna upto 1700 hours on August 23, 2024 or may download from Bank’s website. Application forms duly filled in and enclosed in a sealed cover addressed to Regional Director, Estate Department, Reserve Bank of India, South Gandhi Maidan, Patna will be received in his office upto 1700 hours on August 23, 2024. No further tender notice will be published in the press for the work referred above and issue of the tender forms will be restricted among selected applicants.

The Bank reserves the right to withhold the issue of application forms to any party or reject any or all applications without assigning any reason therefor.
