Reserve Bank of India, New Delhi (the Bank) invites applications for the empanelment of vendors for supply of

i) Misc. Stationery Items

ii) Printer Cartridge (HP and Canon)

iii) Computer Consumables

iv) Printed Materials (Registers/Forms/Booklets etc.) as per Bank’s specification.

2. The empanelment will be for 31 months i.e., from September 01, 2024 to March 31, 2027 subject to satisfactory performance and annual review will be undertaken by the bank and continuation in panel will be decided based on performance.

3. Documents containing detailed eligibility criteria, terms & conditions, application form and declaration are enclosed. Applicants are advised to submit duly completed application form and declaration along with copies of supporting documents. They are also advised to put signature and stamp on each page of the documents.

4. The sealed envelopes should be addressed to The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, 6 Sansad Marg, New Delhi – 110001 superscripted by “Empanelment for supply of Misc. Stationery Items/Printer Cartridges/Computer Consumables and Printing of Registers/Forms/Booklets etc - 2024-2027”. The applications should reach us on or before August 20, 2024 by 2.30 PM.

5. The Bank reserves the right to accept either in full or part of the applications. The Bank also reserves the right to reject any or all applications for being included in its approved list without assigning any reasons thereof.
