The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled on October 31, 2003, the certificate of registration issued to TCI Securities Limited, a Non-Banking Financial Company having its head office at 1-7-293, M. G. Road, Secunderabad-500 026 as the company has opted to exit from the business of Non-Banking Financial Institution pursuant to its amalgamation with TCI Finance Limited, Secunderabad. The Reserve Bank of India has cancelled the certificate in exercise of the powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. P. V. Sadanandan
