Consequent to the announcement in the sixth Bi-monthly Monetary Policy for 2019-20 on February 06, 2020, the Reserve Bank has issued a circular today to harmonise the guidelines for deferment of date of commencement of commercial operations (DCCO) for projects in non-infrastructure and commercial real estate (CRE) sectors.
