CO R R I G E N D U M
In the Notification No.FEMA.76/2002-RB
dated 12th November, 2002 of the Reserve Bank of India, Exchange Control
Department, Central Office, published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary,
Part II, Section 3, sub-Section (i) vide G.S.R.223(E) dated 18.03.2003, the
following shall be substituted.
(i) in the title of the Regulations, for the figure '2002'
the figure '2003' shall be substituted,
(ii) for the words 'Second Amendment' appearing in the title
and short title, the words 'Amendment' shall be substituted.
(iii) at the end of the notification, the following footnote
shall be added, namely,

The Principal Regulations were published in the official gazette
vide G.S.R.No.406(E) dated May 8, 2000 in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i)
and subsequently amended vide G.S.R.No.158(E) dated March 2, 2001, G.S.R.No.175(E)
dated March 13, 2001, G.S.R.No.182(E) dated March 14, 2001, G.S.R.No.4(E) dated
January 2, 2002 and G.S.R.no.574(E) dated August 19, 2002.'
