Addtion/Modification of Branches/Offices Records

For any addition/modification of records of branches/offices, banks may furnish details only in prescribed Proforma-I (for addition) and Proforma-II (for modification). Request for any change in the population group classification of a branch/office should be accompanied with appropriate supporting documents (original certificate from local administration stating name of the centre (revenue unit), statement about location of the branch/office in the said centre and population of the centre). Request for change in the bank branch records should be made by the Local Head Office/Central Office of SBI/other commercial banks. Request should be addressed to:
