Online Tenders in two parts (Part-I Techno-Commercial Bid and Part-II Price Bid) through E-Tendering process are invited from eligible, adult and able-bodied labour supply contractors for Supply of sufficient number of adult and able-bodied labourers for handling of note boxes and briquette bags at Reserve Bank of India, Dehradun. The period of contract will be from from 01 December 2026 or date of issue of work order, whichever is later, up to 31 March 2027. The contract is extendable for similar periods, on two occasions (once at a time), on the basis of the formula stipulated in the tender document. work is estimated to cost approx. ₹19,05,000/- for 12 Months. 2. Online tenders will be available for viewing/ downloading to all bidders from 03:00 PM on November 02, 2026 onwards. The Bidders who do not comply with the eligibility criteria and technical evaluation will not be considered for opening of their Part-II price bid tender. 3. The Bidders who do not submit Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with techno-Commercial bid will not be considered for opening of Part-I of tender. The EMD paid by NEFT (with proof) shall be submitted through email – issuedehradun@rbi.org.in to reach us latest by 02:30 PM on November 23, 2026. 4. A Pre-bid meeting (off-line mode) of the intending Bidders will be held on November 09, 2026, from 11:00 AM at Issue Cell, Reserve Bank of India, Plot No. 16-17, IT Park, Sahastradhara Road, Dehradun. 5. All the documents mentioned in the tender document should be uploaded on CPP Portal i.e., https://etenders.gov.in/eprocure/app. The same will be downloaded for evaluation by the Bank. 6. After examination, if any of the Bidder is not found to possess the required eligibility, their tenders may be rejected by the Bank. 7. Part-I of the tenders will be opened on-line at 03:30 PM on November 25, 2026 in the presence of the authorized representative of the Bidders who choose to be present at the time of opening the Part I of the Tender.
