Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal invites two-part e-Tender from the contractors empaneled with Reserve Bank of India, Estate Department, Bhopal, under category “Civil - I. General civil, renovation, repair and interior works including supply and or fixing of carpentry, plumbing and sanitary fittings / fixtures, false ceiling and other allied work – in the subcategory of estimated cost above ₹25.00 lakh” for the work of “Additions, alterations, renovation and modernization of Regional Director’s Chamber, Secretariate, Visitors’ lobby and Conference Hall on the third floor of the Bank's Main Office Building”. The work is estimated to cost Rs. 31,35,494/- (inclusive of GST) and a rebate (buy-back / scrap value) of ₹29,545/- for taking away the salvageable items. 2. Only those firms, who are registered on CPP portal will be able to take part in the Tender process. The tender document is available on website https://etenders.gov.in for download. 3. Tender shall be submitted online in two parts. Part–I of the tenders will contain the Bank’s standard technical conditions for the proposed work, which must be agreed to by the tenderers. Part–II of the tender will contain Bank’s schedule of quantities and tenderer’s price bid to be submitted online. 4. The firms fulfilling the eligibility criteria and desirous of being considered for award of the work should upload all the required documents at https://etenders.gov.in on or before November 30, 2026 (10:00 hours). 5.
