Dear Sir,
Financing of projects under Agri-clinics and
Agri-bussiness center scheme – Review at meetings
Small Farmers' Agri-Business Consortium (SFAC),
Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture and Co-operation, New Delhi,
an implementing agency of Central Sector Scheme has requested us to include
their name in the list of invitees in various fora under Lead Bank Scheme to
discuss the problems (such as collateral security, margin money etc.) faced
by the trained agri-graduates in getting bank finance for establishing Agri-Clinics
and Agri-Business centers in rural areas.
In view of the importance and priorities being
given for improved credit delivery to the rural areas, State level in-charges
of SFAC and Nodal Officers of SFAC may be invited in the Sub-Committee of SLBC
as 'Special Invitees' to discuss the problems, if any, faced in the implementation
of Scheme for establishment of Agri-Clinics/Agri-business in rural areas.
