Short Notice Limited E-tender was invited for the captioned work on July 5, 2022 and as per SOT, pre-bid meeting was conducted at 12.00 P.M on July 08, 2022. The meeting was attended by three empaneled firms as below - -

During the meeting, the vendors were briefed about the scope of work, in detail, and were appraised about the necessary precautions to be taken while executing the work, being VIP premises, etc. 3. There were no queries raised by the participants. However, the following was informed to the firms – -
The manufacturing year of the split AC unit of capacity 2TR shall be of 2022 make. -
The details of existing split ACs at Governor Bungalow to be replaced under buyback is listed in Annex I -
Bidders are requested to quote the rates for supply and providing 3C / 4 Core x 2.5 sq. mm. Cu. Conductor FRLS as specified in the Technical data sheet and Point No.3b of unpriced bill of quantities. 4. All remaining other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain same. Above changes are not causing any financial implications and thus the total estimated cost remains unchanged. | |
