Name of work. | Architect’s / Consultancy Services for ‘Additions, alterations and renovation of Governors / VIP Guest House at Bank’s Main Office Building, Chennai - 600001’. | | b. Mode of tender. | Quotation documents will be issued only to those Architects / Consultants, who submit copies of required documents in support of their eligibility for the criteria as stipulated herein below. | | c. Eligibility criteria. | Please see Annexure-1 below. | | d. Period of issue of quotation documents to eligible bidders. | During office hours from January 25, 2022 to February 02, 2022. | | e. Due date for submission of completed sealed quotations. | Before 15:00 Hrs on February 10, 2022. | | f. Date & time of opening of quotations. | 15:30 Hrs on February 10, 2022. | Note: Quotation documents will be issued only to those Architects / Consultants, who submit the copies of required documents in support of their eligibility for the criteria as stipulated in per Annexure I below.
Annexure-1: - | Sl. No. | Criteria. | Minimum Requirement. | | 1. | Experience. | The Architect / Consultant should have a minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in the field of architectural / interior designing works. Intending Architects / Consultants should submit work orders issued in their name by central or state government organisations / undertakings, Scheduled Bank’s or reputed private organisations, in support of this eligibility criteria. The date of such work order(s) be should be on or before January 31, 2017. | | 2. | Number of minimum works of similar nature executed. | The Architect / Consultant should have undertaken and successfully completed a minimum of 3 (three) works (projects) of architectural / interior designing of similar nature, during last 5 (five) years. Intending Architects / Consultants should submit work orders and completion certificate in support of this eligibility criteria. The date of such work orders shall be after January 31, 2017. | | 3. | Minimum estimated cost of each completed eligible work (project). | The Architect / Consultant should have undertaken and successfully completed one work (project) of architectural / interior designing of similar nature individually estimated to cost not less than Rs. 40.00 Lakh or two works (projects) of architectural / interior designing of similar nature individually estimated to cost not less than Rs. 25.00 Lakh or three works (projects) of architectural / interior designing of similar nature individually estimated to cost not less than Rs. 20.00 Lakh, during last five years. Intending Architects / Consultants should submit work order(s) and completion certificate(s) dated between February 01, 2017 and January 31, 2022, in support of this eligibility criteria. | | 4. | Membership | The Architect / Consultant should be a member of the Council of Architecture, India with valid registration. The intending Architect / Consultant should submit a copy of the registration document, in support of this eligibility criteria. | | 5. | Local office set up at Chennai. | The Architect / Consultant should have a local office set up at Chennai with sufficient number of staff to handle the project. Intending Architects / Consultants should submit copies of documents with local address indicated therein, as a proof of having local office set up in Chennai along with the names and designation of the staff members employed in that office, in support of this eligibility criteria. | Shri.
