Corrigendum dated June 24, 2020

E-tender- No: RBI/Kochi/Estate/267/19-20/ET/495

Reserve Bank of India, Kochi has placed e-tender for Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Fire Fighting (Wet Riser) System for the Bank’s Office Building at Kochi through E-tender No: RBI/Kochi/Estate/267/19-20/ET/495 on the RBI Website / MSTC portal on May 29, 2020 and the last date for submission of the e-tender is scheduled on June 22, 2020 up to 14.00 hrs.

2. In this context, it is notified that:

A) In the table under the section - List of Approved Materials (ACCEPTABLE MANUFACTURER'S), of Part – I of the Tender, in page number 83, under the column “Bank’s requirement”, for Sl. No 3, “Horizontal split case” may be replaced with “Horizontal”.

B) In the table under Section – BILL OF QUANTITIES, of Part – II of the Tender, under the column “Description”, for Sr. No 1, in page number 113 and Sr. No 2, in page number 114, “Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal, split casing pump of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical sea; confirming to IS 1520.” may be replaced with “Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump (split casing or otherwise) of cast iron body & bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seat; confirming to IS 1520.”.

C) In the table under Section – BILL OF QUANTITIES, of Part – II of the Tender, under the column “Description”, for Sr. No 16, in page number 121, “Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of approved make butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating with bronze/ gunmetal seat duly ISI marked complete with nuts and bolts, fastener, washers, gaskets, 2 nos. of flange, including welding works etc.confirming to IS 13095 of following size as required:” may be replaced with “Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of approved make, Cast iron body PN-16 butterfly valves, complete with ductile iron – disc, SS – stem, EPDM – ‘O’ ring and which can withstand 24 Barr Body Test Pressure, duly ISI marked complete with nuts and bolts, fastener, washers, gaskets, 2 nos. of flange, including welding works etc. confirming to IS 13095 of following size as required:”.
