1.1 The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai invites electronic, digitally signed bids through MSTC Limited website (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/) under two bid system (Technical Bid and Price Bid) for supply of sufficient number of fully covered container trucks/vehicles for transportation of Treasure Boxes containing Notes/Gold/Coins and Coin Bags from/to Reserve Bank of India, Mumbai Regional Office to/from various currency chests and other places etc. valued at approximately Rs.15,32,000/- (Indian Rupees Fifteen Lakh and Thirty two Thousand Only) annually.

1.2 For the above work the bidders should submit their proposals in accordance with the important guidelines / instructions regarding e-Tendering along with all supporting documents and complete in all respects up to 02:00 P.M. on June 20, 2019. Tenders must be accompanied by submission of refundable Earnest Money Deposit of Rs. 31,000/- (Rs Thirty One Thousand Only). The Technical bid(s) shall be opened electronically at 03:00 P.M. on June 20, 2019. In case the abovementioned date is declared a holiday, the bids shall be opened at the same time on the succeeding working day.

1.3 The e-Tender along-with the detailed tender notice and general instructions is available at the MSTC Website https://mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi and the Website of Reserve Bank of India at https://www.rbi.org.in under the menu “Tenders”.

1.4 Interested bidders must register themselves at the MSTC Limited through the aforementioned website to participate in the e-Tendering process.

1.5 The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or cancel this tender without assigning any reason thereof.

Note: All the tenderers must note that any amendment / corrigendum to this e-tender, if issued, shall only be notified on the website of Reserve Bank of India and MSTC Ltd. as mentioned above and shall not be published in any newspaper.
