E-tender no. RBI/Bhopal/Issue/19/18-19/ET/246 Interested participants in the tender may kindly note the following change - Eligibility: iv. Minimum number of 5 fully covered container trucks/ vehicles having metallic body of sufficient thickness, preferably bullet/ temper proof with secure temper proof double locking arrangement, enabled with Global Positioning System (GPS) and having minimum storing capacity of 50 note boxes of average size being approximately 82*71*32* cm weighing approx.140 kgs. The containers are to be accompanied by at least 3 separate air-conditioned taxies as scot vehicles(duly authorized by RTO and should not be more than Three Years old) to separately accommodate 12 or more number of Police guards as per requirement, up to 6 potdars and their luggage. Vehicles like Tavera, Innova etc. (along with carrier facility) may be made available. Similarly, while bringing soiled note remittances after dispatching fresh notes to various Chests the contractor shall make available air conditioned vehicles to accommodate police guard and Potdars and their luggage from the currency chest branches from which soiled notes are collected. Shall be read as Eligibility: iv. Minimum number of 7 fully covered closed container having metallic body of sufficient thickness, preferably bullet/ temper proof with secure temper proof double locking arrangement, enabled with Global Positioning System (GPS) and having storing capacity of 125 note boxes of average size being approximately 34”x26.5”x17” inches weighing approx.140 kgs. The containers are to be accompanied by at least 3 separate air-conditioned taxies as escort vehicles(duly authorized by RTO and should not be more than Three Years old) to separately accommodate 12 or more number of Police guards as per requirement, up to 6 potdars and their luggage. Vehicles like Tavera, Innova etc. (along with carrier facility) may be made available. Similarly, while bringing soiled note remittances after dispatching fresh notes to various Chests the contractor shall make available air conditioned vehicles to accommodate police guard and Potdars and their luggage from the currency chest branches from which soiled notes are collected.
