The Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Chandigarh - 160017 invites sealed application from reputed and experienced Caterers/ Food chains (hereinafter referred as Vendor) for providing catering services to Officers/ Staff members of the Bank at Officer’s Lounge and Staff Canteen housed in Reserve Bank of India, Sector 17, Chandigarh. The service contract will be for a period of one year with the option of renewal of contract for the next two years, one year each at a time at the sole discretion of the Bank.

Vendors having at least three years' experience of running Hotel / Restaurant / Food Plaza / Staff Canteen / Outlet only need to apply. Application form, along with general terms and conditions, may be collected from Human Resource Management Department, Reserve Bank of India, Sector 17, Chandigarh - 160017. The same are also available on website of the Bank, i.e. www.rbi.org.in, under “Tender” Module.

The tender shall be submitted separately in sealed envelopes in two parts, viz, Part I and Part II clearly superscribed "Tender for Catering at Officers’ Lounge and Dining Room (OLDR) and staff canteen in Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh – Technical and Commercial, Part - I” and “Tender for Catering at Officers' Lounge and Dining Room (OLDR) and Staff Canteen in Reserve Bank of India, Chandigarh - Price Bid, Part – II” respectively, addressed to the Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Central Vista, sector 17, Chandigarh. so as to reach us latest by 05.00 p.m. on June 30, 2018.

Telegraphic, Fax and E-mail tenders will not be accepted. The full name, postal address, E-mail address and telefax / telephone number of the Contractor shall be written on the bottom left corner of the sealed envelope.

The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all the applications without giving any reason thereof.
