Corrigendum E-Tender No.: RBI/ThiruvananthapuramRegionalOffice/HRMD/4/24-25/ET/9[Tea Coffee Vending Machine] The Pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was held on April 17, 2024 from 11.00 hours to 12.00 hours, chaired by Shri Haridas P G, Assistant General Manager. Officials from Human Resource Management Department and representative of a prospective bidder participated in the meeting. Assistant General Manager welcomed the participant (List attached – Annexure H) to the meeting and invited queries from the prospective bidder regarding the captioned tender. The Bank is not purchasing any Tea/ Coffee vending Machines. The supplier needs to install vending machines at their own cost and should perform preventive maintenance of the installed machines to ensure continuity of the service. The contractor can uninstall the vending machines upon completion of the awarded work. ‘In the Online price bid, due to character restrictions in the e-tendering portal, complete description may not be accommodated, and description given thereof maybe brief. Before quoting rates online, all the contractors must read the complete details of each items given in ‘PROFORMA OF FINANCIAL BID’ given in Part-II of the tender document.
