In his introductory address, Governor, Shri Shaktikanta Das highlighted the commitment of the Reserve Bank of India to transparent, accountable and ethics driven internal governance. Shri Vinod Rai, in his address said that promoting integrity entails developing and maintaining an organisational culture or environment that supports ethical behaviour. It involves making expectations about individual conduct clear and ensuring the public authority has robust systems, policies and processes in place to support ethical behaviour.
