2. In this regard, all Payment System Operators are advised to take note of the contents of the enclosed circular DBR.AML.No.9644/14.07.018/2014-15 dated December 30, 2014 issued by our Department of Banking Regulation, Central Office on the above subject and may take action appropriately.
