Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting

1. This is a limited tender enquiry. Only those bidders/vendors who are empanelled as vendors with Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal for such works are eligible to participate in this tender. Bidders are advised to check with RBI, Bhopal regarding their eligibility for this tender before participating. The work is estimated to cost ₹3,22,920/- (including GST) and is to be completed within 20 days.

2. Tender documents will be available free of cost during office hours from 29/11/2023 to 05/12/2023 at Estate Department, 5th Floor, Main Office Building of the Bank.

3. The duly filled Tender documents (Techno-commercial) in a separate sealed cover must be submitted in a sealed cover addressed to Ms. Rekha Chandanaveli, Regional Director, Reserve Bank of India, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal latest by 2.00 PM on 13/12/2023. The sealed cover should be superscribed “Repair of existing framework of False Flooring Tiles and supply of new False Flooring Tiles in CVPS Room at Main Office Buidling, RBI Bhopal”.

4. Submit the tender documents in the quotation/tender box kept at the reception counter of Reserve Bank of India Office, Bhopal.

5. The Tender (Technical Bid) will be opened on 13/12/2023 at 3:00 PM in the presence of the authorized representatives of the firm. Part II of tender will be opened on the same day if any of the tenderer do not put forward any condition in the Part I of the tender.

6. Please note that all the pages of the Tender documents should be signed and stamped by you. All figures should be written clearly in figures and letters. While filling up the Tender documents, please do not use different types of ink, signatures of different persons, overwriting, cutting, corrections, additional noting etc., which may lead to rejection of the Tender Form.

7. The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest price tender and reserves the right to accept any tender in whole or in part or to reject all the tender documents without assigning any reason.

Offline Tender Notice

Reserve Bank of India, Bhopal invites offline sealed tender from eligible and willing contractors for the work of Repair of existing framework of False Flooring Tiles and supply of new False Flooring Tiles in CVPS Room at Main Office Building, RBI Bhopal. The work is estimated to cost ₹3,22,920/- (including GST).

2. Tender forms will be available free of cost from November 29, 2023 to December 05, 2023 at Estate Department, 5th Floor, Bank's Main Office Building.
