Corrigendum dated January 17, 2024 Corrigendum dated December 27, 2023 Corrigendum dated December 14, 2023 Reserve Bank of India, Thiruvananthapuram invites e-tenders for the captioned work from eligible vendors/contractors under the said category of the work costing between 25 to 50 Lakh. The tendering would be done through the e-Tendering portal of MSTC Ltd (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi). The Contractors, who have sufficient experience in undertaking repairs, retrofitting and rehabilitation of old heritage buildings are eligible to participate in the tender. Only those contractors who have minimum 5 years’ experience in this field of undertaking similar work and having executed a minimum of one similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost or two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost or three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost during last 5 years ending 30th October 2023 and have a minimum yearly turnover of 100% of estimated cost or more during last three financial years ending 31st March 2023 will be eligible to tender for the work. The eligible vendors shall upload all relevant documents supporting their work experience, eligible works, financial capability etc in the MSTC portal for Bank’s consideration. Price bid of only those contractors who satisfy the eligibility criteria specified by the Bank shall be opened and processed.
