Minutes of the Pre-Bid Meeting - Comprehensive Architectural Services for the Construction of Residential Flats for Officers Including Internal Water Supply, Sanitary Installations, Drainage, Internal Electrical Installations, Lifts, Fire Systems, D G SETS, STP, OWC, Substation & Pump House, Rainwater Harvesting, Internal Roads With Street Lighting, Signages, Compound Wall and Landscaping Works, Lucknow

The Pre-Bid Meeting for Construction of residential flats at Vipul Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow was held on November 08, 2023, in Conference Room, 3rd floor, RBI, Lucknow.

2. At the outset, Shri Ankit Kumar Srivastava, AGM welcomed the participants to the meeting and invited queries, if any, from the empanelled architects regarding the captioned work. The queries put forth by the representatives and the clarifications issued are tabulated below:

Please refer to clause no. 20, Sr. No.3 on page 91 and clause no. 22.1 on page 92 of RFP document.
2. Request for providing Soil Test Report. How many bores are taken for the soil testing?

i) The reports will be shared with empaneled firms.
ii) 06 bores are taken for soil testing.

3. Why the topographical & contour map soil investigation is again in the scope of consultancy services while same shall be provided by the Bank as per RFP document? Please refer to clause 2.2.3 at page 20, payment schedule and architect services mentioned for Phase I at page 62 and 82 of the RFP document.
4. Clarification regarding the parking system. What type of parking system shall be made- stilt, podium or basement? Please refer to details specified in page nos. 12, 13, 16, 30 and 39 of RFP document.
6. Clarification about the VOF for Senior Officers and Senior Executives Please refer to details at page 14.
7. Clarification about the rate to be quoted in the Financial Bid is lumpsum basis or per Sqm. Please refer to details mentioned in Annexure IV (Financial Bid) at page 70 of the RFP document.
8. Can the built-up area be increased keeping the same carpet area mentioned in RFP document? Please refer to details mentioned in Annexure IV (Financial Bid) at page 70 of the RFP document.

Apart from above, the following queries received through e-mails and clarifications issued are tabulated below.

Above clarifications are issued for the information of all empanelled firms. Minutes of the pre-bid meeting shall be the part of RFP document. Rest of the terms and conditions shall remain the same.
