The clarifications given by the Bank with respect to each of these queries / issues are as follows: | Sl. However, the vendors are requested to ensure designed structural strength is met for the captioned work. | | 3 | Is DG set available at the proposed site? | It is clarified that DG set is available at the proposed site. | | 4 | Can EMD be submitted in the form of BG? | In terms of tender clause 31 of Commercial Conditions, Section II , EMD can also be submitted in the form of BG. | | 5 | Whether liaison with TANGEDCO / CEIG and obtaining statutory approvals are in the Scope of the tenderer? | In terms of clause 7.1 of Technical details of Solar Power System, Section VII, all the statutory approvals required for completion of the captioned work are in the scope of the tenderer. | | 6 | - | In addition, it is clarified that the Bank reserves the right to change the site of installation to its Main Office Premises or residential colonies located at different locations in Chennai. Accordingly, the vendors are requested to visit the alternate site, get acquainted themselves with the site conditions and consult Bank’s Engineers for further clarifications in this regard. No extra claims on account of change of premises, where the solar power plant has to be installed, would be entertained by the Bank. | Note: Above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all intending bidders.
