The queries, raised by the participants during the meeting vis-à-vis the clarification given by the Bank are given below: | Sl. Only after registration, the Vendor(s) can submit his / her / their bids electronically. The Vendor / Tenderer should possess Class III signing type digital certificate. Further details are mentioned under the title “Important Instructions for E-Tender” of the Tender Document. | | 3. | What is the timeline to upload Financial and Technical bid? | The last date for uploading Technical and Financial Bid in the MSTC portal is July 27, 2022 up to 11:00 a.m. | | 4. | Whether partial submission can be done in MSTC portal? | No, the bidding process has to be completed in a single go. There is no option to partially save the data and submit later. | | 5. | Whether presence of Auditors/CA should be on every day? | Yes. In terms of Para iv of Terms and Conditions, the presence of Chartered Accountant/ Partner of the firm, along with the staff deployed, is mandatory in the Office premises, on all working days during usual office working hours | | 6. | Whether reporting of statements after appointment of CA should be done manual or online? | The reporting is to be done online in the Banks’ portal. A hardcopy report is also to be submitted to ABCC. | | 7. | Whether encrypted Digital signing Certificate (DSC) is required? | The Vendor / Tenderer should possess Class III signing type digital certificate. |
