Minutes of Pre-Bid Meeting - Installation and Maintenance of Coffee/Tea Vending Machines for supply of Coffee/Tea in the Bank’s Premises at MOB and AOB, Nagpur

The pre-bid meeting for the captioned tender was conducted in Training Hall at MOB on July 05, 2022 at 11.00 AM in presence of the following:

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows.

1. Is the consumption indicated in the tender document for a single machine? It is for all 4 machines to be installed in MOB & AOB. The same is only indicative in nature and may change based on taste and demand.
2. What will be the criteria for evaluation of tender? It will be as per Evaluation Criteria matrix indicated under the para Eligibility Criteria (Pre-Qualification Criteria) of the tender document
3. Will the contract be awarded to the L1 tenderer? As indicated in para 6 of NIT, The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest tender and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any tender
4. What is the EMD amount of the tender? Please refer para–Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of the tender document.
5. What should be the size of the cups and the quantity of the beverage to be dispensed? The size of cups should be 150 ml and minimum 100 ml per cup of the beverage should be dispensed by the machine as indicated in Section II, Scope of work and Terms & Conditions governing Contract, points no 9 &11.
6. How will increase of prices be decided? Please refer Annex II of the tender document.
7. Should the Annex III i.e. declaration to be given in the clients letterhead should be exactly in the same format? The clients may modify the certificate inter-alia covering all aspects indicated in the tender document.
8. What are the details of Performance Bank Guarantee also needs to be submitted? The PBG needs to be submitted only by the successful tenderer to provide Performance Bank Guarantee of ₹90,000/- for six months beyond the duration of the contract within 15 days of award of contract as already indicated in the tender document.
