Limited E-tenders were invited for the captioned work on June 10, 2022 and as per SOT, pre-bid meeting was conducted at 11.00 A.M on July 08, 2022. The meeting was attended by three empanelled firms as below -

1. M/s Airtech Systems

2. M/s Aqua Cool Co.Pvt Ltd

3. M/s Absa Enterprises

2. During the meeting, the vendors were briefed about the scope of work, in detail, and were appraised about the necessary precautions to be taken while executing the work, etc.

3. There were no queries raised by any of the participants. However, the following points were informed to the firms –

1. The details of existing split ACs at Amar Building to be replaced under buyback arrangement is listed in Annex I

2. The bidders are requested to quote the rates for supply and installation of 3C / 4 Core x 2.5 sq. mm. Cu. Conductor FRLS as specified in the Technical data sheet and Point No.2c of unpriced bill of quantities.

3. The section VII- technical specifications Point No.1 is slightly modified to be read as Split Air conditioner unit of capacity 2 TR / 1.5 TR Inverter type of approved make.

4. All remaining other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged.

Please note that, the above changes are not resulting in any financial implications and thus the total estimated cost of the work remains unchanged.
