Prebid meeting for the above tender was conducted on February 08, 2022 at 03:00 PM online through Cisco WebEx platform. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 18 Lakh.
At the onset of the meeting AGM (GM) informed the participant vendors that; allowing taking part in the pre-bid meeting does not qualify them to quote for the work. The qualification or otherwise will be intimated and only qualified vendors based on the scrutiny of the PQR documents submitted by them before the due date, will be eligible to participate in the tender.
2. The following queries were sought by the firm in the meeting and further by e-mails dated 08/02/2022 and 09/02/2022-:
