RBI Raipur invited offline tenders on “Facility Management Service & Annual Maintenance Contract for Computer Hardware, Software & Peripherals for the year 2022-23 ” by publishing the NIT on the Bank’s website on January 17, 2022. A pre-bid meeting was organized through online mode on Webex platform as per the schedule, i.e. on January 27, 2022 at 14.30 Hrs. A list of the participants is annexed below.

2. Salient features of the tender documents, viz. pre-qualification criterion, various timelines of the tender process, scope of the work, etc. were explained to the participants. Subsequently, every participant was invited to raise their doubts/ clarification with regards to the tender. All the doubts raised by the participants during the meeting were clarified to their satisfaction.

3. Some of the points clarified during the meeting are as under:

1. It was reiterated that as per the guidelines, no EMD / Security Deposit has to be deposited by the bidder.

2. It was clarified that minimum wages of Residential Engineer shall be in compliance with the statutory requirement of Government. Further, it was also explained that adherence with provisions of Employee Compensation Act 1923, Industrial Disputes Act 1947, Maternity Benefits Act 1961, Employee State Insurance Act 1948, Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952, rules and regulations framed under all these Acts from time to time, and any other applicable statutory requirements shall be ensured by the bidders.

3. Requirements regarding Client Certificate/s, Banker’s Certificate were reiterated to all the participants.

4. All the above points were noted and agreed by the firms. Firms were advised to adhere to the prequalification criteria and all terms & conditions mentioned in the tender.

5. The meeting was ended with a vote of thanks.
