It is necessary to register on MSTC e-procurement portal to participate in the tender.
Participants are advised to register their firm with MSTC site at the earliest so as to be in a position to upload the documents well in time. | | iii. | How to register on MSTC e-procurement portal? | Kindly refer to Section-B “Important instructions for E-procurement” (Page no. 6 to 9) of the tender document for details on the process of e-tender including vendor’s registration with MSTC e-procurement portal.
All the required details about MSTC website, System configurations, contact numbers and email id of MSTC officials are provided in the tender document.
You may also contact the contact persons of RBI and MSTC Ltd as mentioned in the tender document (page no. 6) for further clarifications. | | iv. | Which brands of fire extinguishers are to be supplied? | Vendors are required to supply only the Fire Extinguishers of the brands approved by the Bank.
The brands of Fire extinguishers approved by the Bank are “Ceasefire, Minimax, Kanex and Safex”. No other brands of Fire extinguishers will be accepted.
Vendors are advised to clearly mention the Make and Model of the Fire Extinguishers against each category for which the rates have been quoted in format Annexure-9 “Technical Details to be Furnished by the Contractor” (Kindly refer Pg. 54-56 of the tender document.
In this connection, the following amendments / corrigenda in the Tender document is notified:
1. The wordings under Para 1.b of Section J “Technical Parameters / Specifications of Fire Extinguishers” in page number 34, of the tender document, shall be replaced by the following:
“All fire extinguishers must be Squeeze Type and IS 15683 compliant. They should be easy to use. The approved brands of the Fire extinguishers to be supplied are Ceasefire, Minimax, Kanex and Safex. No other brands of Fire extinguishers will be accepted.” | | v. | We are an OEM. Whether we may supply our in-house brand of Fire Extinguisher? | No. Only approved brands of fire extinguishers as mentioned above are to be supplied. | 3. All the above points were noted and agreed by the firms. Firms were advised to adhere to the prequalification criteria and all terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents. | Please note: | | A | This document (Minutes of the Pre-bid meeting cum Corrigendum) shall form a part of the tender.
