2. After welcoming all the members, Shri Bhaskar Choudhary (DGM, PMC) and Shri Nithin J Sebastian (A.M (Tech-Electrical) explained tender documents and important timelines of the tendering process in brief and requested members to raise doubts, if any. Following queries / doubts were clarified during the meeting:

| 3 | As per Section (iv) serial no-II (i) of the tender ‘’ Addressable line isolating devices: The system shall also have addressable line isolating devices at specified intervals which can be controlled from the master controller, the same shall be included and indicated as an interface device. When a section is isolated either by a command or by the system a constant message shall be displayed on the LCD /LED panel. | 4 | As per Section (iv) serial no- (vii) of the tender, ‘’in certain areas, a number of push buttons are provided close to each other (for example Banking hall counters). For convenience, a group of such push buttons will be clubbed together to form a logical zone. For easy identification, a flash lamp shall be provided physically in the middle of each zone. Whenever an alarm is raised from any one of the push buttons in the zone, the flash lamp pertaining to that zone shall come ‘ON’ and remain ‘ON’ until the main panel is reset’’. | M/s.
