Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati has placed e-tender for Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of SMF batteries in FR casing for UPS systems of Bank’s Main Office Building in Guwahati through E-tender No: RBI/Guwahati/Estate/121/20-21/ET/179 on the RBI Website and MSTC portal on October 05, 2020 and the last date for submission of the e-tender is scheduled on November 09, 2020 up to 14.00 hrs.

As per the queries received from the vendors during pre-bid meeting period, the following clarifications are made:

1. With reference to “schedule of e-tender”, “Sl No 1 [Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)]” it is clarified that MSEs will not be exempted from payment of Earnest Money Deposit. The benefits / facilities to MSEs indicated therein will not be applicable to the captioned work contract.

2. With reference to “Part II- BILL OF QUANTITY”, “Description of Item” it is clarified that the approved makes for the work will be Panasonic/ Amaron Quanta/ Exide only.
