Department of Communication (DoC), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), 9th Floor, Central Office Building, Shahid Bhagat Singh Marg, Fort, Mumbai – 400001 had invited for ‘Expression of Interest (EOI)’ from eligible reputed entities for Digital Experience Platform (DXP) for RBI Website Redesign and Development on February 10, 2020. The last date for submission of EOI was specified as 15:00 hrs on March 17, 2020.

Extension of Time:

It is advised that the last date for submission of the EOI response has been extended to 12:00 hrs on March 26, 2020. Given the COVID 19 scenario, if the bidder is not able to send the physical EOI, soft copy of the EOI response including all the supporting documents will also be acceptable.

EOI Submission:

Bidders may submit a digital version/soft copy of the EOI response via email to website@rbi.org.in. Attachment size of the email should not exceed 10MB. If the attachment size is more than 10 MB, kindly send the documents in two or three emails. If the bidders are submitting the EOI response including all supporting documents in digital version/ soft copy via email, they are advised to subsequently submit the hard copy before 15.00 hrs on April 03, 2020. In case of any difference in the two versions, RBI will take cognizance of only that document which is received first, either in soft copy or in hard copy. The EOI responses will be opened at 14:00 hrs on March 26, 2020.

All other terms and conditions mentioned in the invitation for EOI remain unchanged.
