Extension of Time

The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was held at Conference Hall, 1st Floor of RBI Patna on 30.01.2020 at 12:00 Noon in the presence of following participants and Reserve Bank Officials:

For Reserve Bank of India:

1. M/s DNS Enterprises

The firm enquired whether the criteria of two works not less than 32.9 lakh mentioned under point 6 of Notice Inviting Tenders section is related only to waterproofing or any civil works. Bank’s committee has clarified that as the tender document mentions works of similar nature, the works must have been done related to waterproofing only.

Further, the Bank’s committee took reference of the 2A of Part – II of the tender document and discussed the thickness required for the water proofing plaster. It has been decided to have an average thickness of 20 mm for the water proofing plaster.

These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document / Agreement.

Rest of the Terms and condition and specifications of bid document shall continue to remain same.

The above amendments / clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders.

The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments / clarifications given above.
