Extension of Last Date of Submission dated February 14, 2020 Corrigendum e-Tender No. RBI/Guwahati/Guwahati/5/19-20/ET/266 Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati has placed e-tender for Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (DSITC) of Intelligent Analog Addressable Fire Alarm System for the Bank’s Main Office Building at Guwahati through E-tender No: RBI/Guwahati/Guwahati/5/19-20/ET/266 on the RBI Website and MSTC portal on December 30, 2019 and the last date for submission of the e-tender is scheduled on February 07, 2020 up to 14.00 hrs. As per the queries received from the vendors during pre-bid meeting period, the following clarifications are made: 1. With reference to “Section VII, Part C, page no. 64”, “page no 88, Sl No 1 (Unpriced Bill of Quantity)” and “Section IX, Page no 81, Sl no 1” it is clarified that the tender specification will be “Minimum Addressable Detectors and Devices per loop : 199”. 2. With reference to “Section IX, Page no 81, Sl no 1”, “Section VII, Part C, page no 64”and “Page No. 88, Sl No 1 (Unpriced Bill of Quantity)” it is clarified that the tender specification will be “The control panel display shall have minimum 160 Character LCD/ Touch panel”. 3. With reference to “Section –IX, page no 81, Sl No 1” and “Page no. 88, Sl no 1 (Unpriced Bill of Quantity)” it is clarified that the Panel is not limited to 2 loops only. It is modular type with minimum 2 loops and expandable upto 10 loops. 4. With reference to “Part _ II : Bil of Quantity, page No 111, Sl no. 5,9,10,11,12” and “page no 65, Sl no 2 (Fire Alarm System Devices)” it is clarified that there will be no change in the tender specification in this regard. 5. With reference to “Part _ II : Bil of Quantity, page No 116, Sl no. 3& 4” and “page no 67, Initiation Devices, Intelligent Multi Criteria Detector” it is clarified that the operating temperature range shall be as per OEM standards. 6.
