Extension of Last Date of Bid Submission

The pre-bid meeting for the captioned work was conducted in Conference Hall at MOB on 28.01.2020 at 11.00 AM in the presence of the following:

Gist of the queries raised by the prospective bidders and Bank’s clarification on the same is as follows.

1. Whether 55Kwp is cumulative of all locations or individual of each location?

Bank’s Clarification: It is cumulative of all Bank’s Staff Quarters as mentioned on page no.93 of Part-I of the tender.

2. Whether the sanctioned load needs to be increased in any of the locations to make it compatible with the new system? Is it in tender’s scope?

Bank’s Clarification: As indicated in clause 7 A(l) of part I of the tender, Liaising with MSEB officials for increase in the sanctioned load, getting Net meter etc. required to complete the work shall be within the scope of the tenderer.

3. If there is any delay from MSEB side, then whether Bank will consider for waiver of LD?

Bank’s Clarification: Firm should submit the required documents for sanctioning of the load, net metering etc. to MSEB within one week of the work order. Delay in getting necessary approvals, net meter etc. from MSEB will not be attributed to the firm if documents are submitted to MSEB within the given timeframe.

4. Is the panel mounting structure required elevated?

Bank’s Clarification: Yes, the structure should be elevated based on the Shadow analysis and as per para 7.10.2 of part I of the tender.

5. Whether Remote Monitoring System is mandatory?

Bank’s Clarification: Yes, as per tender condition, solar power plant should have remote monitoring facility as mentioned in para 7.10.3 (h) of part I of the tender.

6. What are the options available for submitting the EMD amount?

Bank’s Clarification: As per tender, EMD should be submitted in the form of Demand Draft/ NEFT/ Irrevocable Bank Guarantee and should reach the Bank on or before 2.00 p.m. on 12.02.2020

7. What are the documents required to be uploaded while submitting the tender?

Bank’s Clarification: Documents as mentioned on the page Nos: 2 to 5 of Part-I of the tender.

8. Whether AMC rate will be considered for evaluation of the tender?

Bank’s Clarification: Yes, Tenders will be evaluated as per clause 3.24 of part I of the tender.

9. Whether Site visit can be done to get the idea for execution of work?

Bank’s Clarification: Bank has arranged site visit on February 04, 2020 at 11.00 am.

10. Whether work orders of previous works are required to be submitted?

Bank’s Clarification: Yes, as per tender conditions, firms are required to submit the work orders and work completion certificate of the works executed since last 5 years along with client reports.

11. What is the amount of Banker’s certificate?

Banker’s certificate should be submitted for the estimated cost of Rs.28 lakhs as per the format given in Annexure H of part I of the tender.
