NIT - RBI/Bhubaneswar/ESTATE/12/19-20/ET/71 Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on September 16, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Conference Room, RBI, Bhubaneswar to clarify the queries of the bidders. Shri Rohit Maharana, Assistant | | Further to the discussions held with the tenderer, clarifications arrived thereof are indicated as under. | S. Ltd has requested to include Linux Operating system in the technical specification of the tender as some of the machines are operating on Linux. | It was accepted to include Linux Operating systems in addition to Windows 7/ Windows 8 / Windows 10 operating systems as mentioned Section V- Technical Specification Clause 3 in the tender. | | 2. | The firm M/s Vehant Technologies Pvt. Ltd requested to waive EMD as per latest Government guidelines. | It was clarified that EMD will not be waived as the list of items attached in the extant instruction does not include X-Ray Baggage System for exemption of EMD. | | 3. | The firm M/s Vehant Technologies Pvt. Ltd raised query regarding submission of client certificate in the prescribed format. | It was clarified that it is mandatory to submit minimum 02 client certificate in the prescribed format only. | | 4. | The firm M/s Vehant Technologies Pvt. Ltd raised query whether printer should be supplied along with the machine or not? | It was clarified that printer hardware need not be supplied. However, the machine should be compatible for connecting printer. | | 5. | The firm M/s Vehant Technologies Pvt. Ltd raised query whether submission of 2018-19 balance sheet manadatory. | It was clarified that the balance sheet for the year 2018-19 is required to be submitted, if it is yet to be finalised a provisional balance sheet duly audited by CA may be submitted. | | 6. | The firm M/s Vehant Technologies Pvt. Ltd sought details and status of the old X-Ray baggage Scanner for buyback. | It was clarified that the firms should visit site and inspect the old X-Ray baggage scanner before quoting buyback rate. | • All above points are noted and agreed by the firm. -
These minutes of pre-bid meeting shall form the part of bid document/Agreement -
Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same -
The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders. -
The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above Regional Director
