Reserve Bank of India, Raipur invites sealed Quotations for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for General Cleaning of bath rooms and toilets on a weekly basis and deep cleaning of fans, exhaust fans, netlons on a quarterly basis of the flats taken on Leave & Licence basis (lease) by the Bank. General Cleaning of bath rooms and toilets includes cleaning of floor tiles, wall tiles, sanitary fittings, W.C pan, wash basin along with mirror, C.P fittings etc.

All interested agencies/ firms/ Companies may collect the quotation forms, instructions, Terms & Conditions and other information from the Estate Cell, Reserve Bank of India, 54/949, Subhasis Parisar, Satya Prem Vihar, Mahadev Ghat Road, Sundar Nagar, Raipur: 492013.

Applicants will have to satisfy the Bank by furnishing documentary evidence in support of their possessing required eligibility and in the event of their failure to do so, the Bank reserves the right to reject their bids. The quotations shall be submitted on or before 13.00 hours on September 16, 2019. Quotations received after 13.00 hours on September 16, 2019 will not be entertained

The Bank is not bound to accept the lowest quotation and reserves the right to accept either in full or in part any quotation. The Bank also reserves the right to reject all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.

Any amendments / corrigendum to the Notice inviting quotation, if any, issued in future will only be notified on the RBI Website.
