Extension of Last Date of Submission Reserve Bank of India, Guwahati Regional Office (hereinafter called “the Bank”), invites E-tenders under Two – Bid system (Technical & Financial Bid) from reputed and experienced transport contractors (with at least 3 years’ experience) for Supply sufficient number of adult and able bodied labourers/mazdoors loading, unloading, weighing, carting, stacking of coins packed in bags and also for miscellaneous incidental items of work in the premises of the RBI, Guwahati or any premises identified by the Bank from July 01, 2019 to June 30, 2020. The agreement shall be for a period of one year (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020) and annually extendable up to two more years subject to mutual consent of both the parties and based on the performance of the service provider/s. For the above contract, the tenderers should submit their proposal, as per the important instructions regarding E-Tender, along with all supporting documents complete in all respects on or before June 14, 2019 up to 12.00 p.m. Tenderers shall submit tender proposal along with refundable EMD of ₹ 40,000/-, complete in all respect as per the prescribed format. The technical bids will be opened electronically on June 19, 2019 at 11.00 am and financial bid on June 20, 2019 at 11:00 am. In the event of any date indicated above being declared a Holiday, the next working day shall become operative for the respective purpose mentioned herein.
