The advertisement inviting applications for “E-tender for FMS & AMC for Computer Hardware and Peripherals at RBI Hyderabad” was published on April 16, 2019 through newspapers namely Times of India, Eenadu and Milap. The same was released on April 29, 2019 on the MSTC e-tendering site (https://www.mstcecommerce.com/eprochome/rbi/) and RBI website. The last date for submission of technical and financial bids as specified in the advertisement was on or before May 06, 2019 up to 2.00 PM and for submission of EMD was up to 2:00 pm May 06, 2019.

Extension of Last Date of Submission:-

Due to technical problems experienced by the bidders in uploading the financial bid, it has been decided to further extend the last date for submission of bids to May 14, 2019 till 02.00 PM, for only those bidders who have deposited Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) as per the existing terms and conditions. The Part-I i.e. Technical Bid of the e-tender will be opened on May 14, 2019 at 03.00 PM. Part-II i.e. Financial Bid will be opened in respect of only those bidders who satisfies all criteria stipulated in Part-I on later date as intimated by the Bank.
