Corrigendum as on May 06, 2019 It is hereby notified that following amendments have been made in the original e-Tender: -
The time/date of opening of the captioned e-Tender has been extended up to 03.00 p.m. on Friday, May 10, 2019. -
It is advised that bidders are required to mandatorily quote for all the four Items (Lots) in the Price Bid of the captioned tender, i.e. against Item (Lot) No. 1, 2, 3 and 4 of Price Bid and L1 bidder will be decided based on the total cost of service quoted by the bidder, i.e. total of individual amounts quoted against Item (Lot) No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 in Price Bid format in e-tender portal. -
Any bid which has not quoted for all the four items as specified above shall be liable to be rejected. -
The bidders who have already submitted their bids, should ensure that they had submitted their bids for all the four Items (Lots) in the Price Bid, as stipulated above. If not, they shall resubmit their bids so as to comply with the said requirement. -
All other terms, conditions and specifications in NIT for the captioned tender remain unchanged. Vice-Principal/Officer-in-Charge
