Reserve Bank of India, Shillong invites sealed tenders/ applications from reputed and experienced Shillong based car hiring agencies/ companies for empanelment by the Bank, i.e. Reserve Bank of India, for providing vehicles for use of its officers and authorized person(s) on need basis. It may be noted that the Bank reserves the right to engage more than one vendor through this tendering process.

Interested Agencies/ Companies may collect the Tender Form / Application consisting of two parts i.e. Technical Bid and Financial Bid having all the detailed terms and conditions from Reserve Bank of India, Human Resource Management Department, Apphira Building, Fruit Garden, Shillong – Jowai Road, Shillong.

The tender form/ application with all the detailed terms and conditions can also be downloaded from ‘Tenders section’ of the Bank’s website www.rbi.org.in. The Tender may be submitted in a sealed envelope superscribed “Tender for Car Hire” till 12.00 noon of May 31, 2019, complete in all respects as per the prescribed format to the below mentioned address:
