NIT - RBI/BHUBANESWAR/ESTATE/137/18-19/ET/283 Pre-bid meeting for the captioned e-tender was held on April 08, 2019 at 3:00 PM in the Conference Room, RBI, Bhubaneswar to clarify the queries of the bidders. However, a provision of hardware for integration needs to be there. | | 10. | Path indicator type | May be PCB or non- PCB based | | 11. | Multicore cable to be used | 4 core cable to be used as per Part –II of tender. | | 12. | Type of cable to be used – FR or FRLS | Armoured FRLS cable to be used | | 13. | Number of expansion modules / isolating device to be used. | A single expansion module to accommodate maximum 5 number of devices. However the total expander module shall be supplied is 12 which will be part main control panel and cost to include in the main panel (Item No 1 of Part II) | | 14. | Make of the FRLS cable | As per approved makes given in system. | • All above points are noted and agreed by the firm. -

Rest of the terms and conditions and specifications of the bid document shall continue to remain same -
The above amendments/ clarifications are issued for the information for all the intending bidders. -
The submission of bid by the firm shall be construed to be in conformity to the bid document and amendments/ clarifications given above Regional Director
