Please refer to the RFP published on the Bank’s website (www.rbi.org.in) and MSTC portal on November 22, 2018 inviting bids from eligible vendors for Engagement of Agency/Service Providers /Vendors to manage the Wellness Program including Annual Health Check Up & Health Risk Assessment for Reserve Bank of India through MSTC e-tendering portal. The last date of submission of tender was up to 16.30hrs on December 31, 2018

2. In this context, an addendum in respect of Annex 3 of RPF document has been uploaded on Bank’s Website and MSTC Limited website. Modified Annex 3 contains no of employees & spouse along with number of DCs / hospitals in all centers in current AHC program.

3. Interested parties may access the document to ensure their adherence to the above.

4. All other terms and conditions of the RFP shall remain unchanged.
