Please refer our Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) and uploaded tender document at Bank’s website https://rbi.org.in on December 06, 2018 which last date of submission is December 28, 2018 up to 2:00 pm.

As enquiries are received from various vendors for the type of Shredder- Internal or External, we advise to consider below mentioned clarification for the captioned tender.

i) Bank has decided to procure external shredder and fully automatic OWC machine. Therefore, it is requested to quote separate rates for shredder and OWC machine along with Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) cost for above set of equipment.

ii) It is also inform that Bank may procure one additional shredder within One year at same cost. Post warranty Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CAMC) for the same will be considered at 8% of cost of Shredder.
