In connection with the captioned tender a pre-bid meeting was held at 11.00 hrs on October 24, 2018 on the 2nd floor of Reserve Bank of India, MRO, Mumbai. Participant of firm, welcomed to the meeting by Shri. Yogiraj Sharma, AGM, Estate, who clarified in his address that the purpose of the meeting was to clarify any doubts/queries regarding the said tender. The following issues were raised by the participant & clarification given by the Bank:

1. It was clarified that the clause no 23 of Section III-“General Rules and Instructions to the bidders” may be read as 10th day from the date of written work order instead of 14th day from the date of the written work order.

2. Diesel for testing of Generator Set will be supplied by the Bank after installation of Generator Set at site.

3. In case of warranty offered for two years or more Bank will bear the amount for consumable spares after one year onwards from the date of completion of the work.

4. Vendor asked for the revised terms of payment, but it was clarified that the terms and conditions for payment retained as it is (as mentioned in the tender)

All the tenderers may kindly note that the above minutes of pre bid meeting would form a part of the technical bid. The meeting ended with vote of thanks to the chair.
